There’s also a small motel office and large laundry and storage room as well. It has many customers who stay long-term, but also customers who visit and stay at 9 Palms Inn annually. People visit from all over the world, due to Joshua Tree National Park (about 1 million visitors/year and nearly not enough hotels/motels to lodge everyone). The north entrance to Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center and downtown area is 0.6 miles from the property and is not far from The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center either. In fact the annual Soapbox Derby happens right outside the property. The property has won review awards from Booking.com and tripadvisor. With a little elbow grease, some initial capital investment, and marketing finesse, you can make this already charming place even more so.
